1. Eligibility

The Chilli India VIP Club is open to Australian residents aged 18 and over with a valid Australian mobile number capable of receiving WhatsApp messages. Membership is free.

2. Welcome Reward

Upon joining, each new member receives one (1) welcome reward selected randomly from the following available reward types:

• 30% Off your next dine-in visit — maximum discount value of $25 per visit
• $5 Off your next dine-in visit
• Free Mango Lassi
• Free Chicken/Veg Biryani (one serve — subject to availability; no other substitutions)

All rewards are dine-in only and redeemable on your next dine-in visit. Free Mango Lassi and Free Chicken/Veg Biryani rewards are added to your next dine-in order. Rewards are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, or discount unless otherwise stated.

3. Reward Code

Each reward carries a unique reward code (e.g. 30OFF-A1B2C3). This code is sent to the WhatsApp number provided at sign-up.

• Codes are valid for 30 days from the date of registration only. Once this window has passed, the reward code is permanently expired and cannot be redeemed under any circumstances.
• Each code may be redeemed once only. Redemption is recorded by Chilli India staff.
• To redeem, present your code to Chilli India staff at the counter during your visit.
• The 30% Off reward has a maximum discount of $25 per transaction, regardless of order total.

4. One Membership Per Person

Each mobile number may be registered once. Attempting to register with a number already in our system will not issue a new reward. Accounts cannot be merged.

5. WhatsApp Communications

By joining, you consent to receiving WhatsApp messages from Chilli India. These may include your welcome reward, promotional offers, event invitations, and seasonal announcements. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. Message frequency varies.

6. Fraud & Misuse

Any attempt to fabricate, duplicate, or misuse reward codes will result in immediate disqualification and permanent removal from the VIP Club. Chilli India reserves the right to cancel any reward at its discretion if misuse is suspected.

7. Modifications

Chilli India reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the VIP Club or any reward at any time without prior notice. Continued membership constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
